The Good, Bad, and Ugly of country life!

There's something fundamentally wrong when a snowmobile whizzes by your front window with a guy and his friendly rifle.

While not being able to catch the actual moment, I quickly grabbed my camera and caught the rest.

After finding out what the big emergency was, I found out there are wolves in the area causing damage. Frankly, I think the humans are causing the damage. We all know what harm they can do, and I will sit out the debate, nevertheless I prefer no killing on my property.














I just have to tell this guy that he cannot kill stuff on MY property. He thinks I'm going to be friendly, and I was.

I love Beagles, but I would never want one due to the howling and indestructible rubber compound they are made of. Unfortunately this guy has had a tough day. His partner in crime is nearby.
